At Stanskill Academy, we believe in the quality of our live programs. Every session is taught live by a practitioner, and we want you to feel confident enrolling. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.
Free workshops have no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you registered and cannot attend, your seat is simply released โ no action needed.
If you request a refund before the first live session of your enrolled program, you will receive a 100% refund within 5โ7 business days, no questions asked.
If you have attended Session 1 or 2 but feel the program isn't right for you, we will issue a 50% refund. Email us within 48 hours of Session 2 ending.
Once 3 or more sessions have been delivered, refunds are no longer available. At this point, significant program value has been delivered including live instruction, recordings, and resources.
We handle edge cases with empathy. If you face a medical emergency, bereavement, or unforeseen circumstance, contact us and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis โ including deferring your enrollment to the next cohort at no extra cost.
